The platform promotes positivity, acceptance, and a zero-tolerance approach to bullying, embracing all individuals, including LGBTQ+ members. Founded by a Black woman, URAWarrior provides empowering resources such as motivational quotes, community groups, and education on healthy living, guiding users to become their best selves.

Bershan is an internationally acclaimed motivational speaker, celebrity business and leadership coach, mental wellness advocate, TV personality, influencer, and CEO/tech founder. Her mission is to leave a lasting legacy of diversity, inclusion, and women in technology and executive leadership. She strives to create a safe, inclusive space where both women and men can share, seek support, and heal.
